EventLodging.net Listing Policies

1. All residences must be wholly-owned by the lister. Rented properties are not eligible to be listed.

2. A homeowner may not list a residence in-part. i.e - The entire residence must be available, not simply one floor or one room. Duplexes or residences with a private entrance are acceptable.

3. Listed properties must be accompanied by at least 4 photos which accurately depict the property's interior and exterior. One of the photos MUST be an exterior photo which shows the entire property from the outside. i.e - A photo of the front door which does not show the entire exterior is not acceptable.

Exterior photos for condominiums and apartments must show the building in which the residence is housed.

4. The homeowner must provide their own description for inclusion on the site.

5. Homeowners must entirely vacate the residence entirely during the stay of the guest unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. It is entirely the homeowner's responsibility to qualify any prospective renter. Event Lodging accepts no responsibility for losses or damages resulting from the rental of a property.

Any violation of the above policies or misrepresentation of a property will result in the termination of the listing.
