Fully renovated home with over 100 feet of Chesapeake Bay waterfront in the quiet community of Annapolis Roads. A full wall of floor-to-raised-ceiling windows in an open layout offers unobstructed views of the Bay from the eat-in kitchen, great room and dining room. Gorgeous sunrises over the water and the Bay Bridge lead to sunshine on the back patio until mid-afternoon. Our pier has electric hook-ups, water, two winches and a boat lift (10 minutes by boat to City Dock; four miles by car).
This four-bedroom home (two of which face the Bay) has one king, one queen and one king/two twin beds, plus a queen sofabed in a separate room. The home also has a two-car garage and driveway parking for up to four additional cars.
This home is available only for Commissioning Week 2010; it is normally our weekend escape from Washington. We will keep all of the amenities of a real home in place for your visit, including high-speed Internet, a new gas grill, a DVD player with Blu-ray and Netflix on-demand streaming, complete kitchenware, a full spice rack and even a blender for margaritas on the patio!
